The sweet spot is often a property between San Vicente Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard, providing easy access to Paul Revere Middle School, UCLA Medical facilities, Santa Monica, Riviera Country Club, and Brentwood's shopping district. 

This combination typically delivers the strongest lifestyle fit for a multigenerational family with a middle-school-aged child.
